For most building maintenance issues, our building caretaker Katrina James can be reached at her ground floor apartment.

Owners Committee
The current Owners Committee members for our crosslease are: Jules Garland, Peter Graydon, Janet McCallum (fomerly Steedman), Len Nola, Marianne Schumacher and Graham Smith (full name "Ronald Graham Smith" is more helpful in web search). I know, it's not very helpful to just list the names without contact details, but as an owner you have an established communication channel with BCA, who I'm sure would pass on any message to the commitee on your behalf.
