When tracing back our financial accounts and meeting minutes on gardening "arrangements", I only found the following notes.

Minutes of OCM 14.10.2003:

There was discussion of garden Graham Smith to arrange someone to do a clean up of the garden.

Payment record in accounts 1.10.03-31.1.04:

Foliola F - gardening Nov 03 $180.00

Minutes of OCM 17.2.2004:

Minutes of OCM 27.4.2004 (distributed 14.6.04):

Under "minutes of OCM held 17.2.04": "Matters arising":
There was agreement to keep the gardener on and owners discussed the tax implications.
Under heading "Gardener":
Katrina James talked about the option of engaging a gardener - and is to instruct Mg Nazame to carry out 6-8 hours for a thorough cleanup. The charge is $15 per hour for this.

Payment records in accounts 1.10.03-22.6.04:

D Heath - Gardens $195.00

Heath BM&LG - Gardening $405.00

Minutes of 29.6.04 OCM:

Between 22.6.04 and 30.9.04:

35 additional hours Gardening at $15 charged (= $525)

From 1.10.04 onwards

Regular gardening payments appear in our accounts at $180.00 per month under "Heath BM&LG - Gardening"

I didn't discover (until March 2013!) any clue in these historical records that the $180.00 per month paid for the last decade since 2004 have been flowing to members of Katrina's family and I certainly was NOT happy about the lack of financial transparency in this regard (i.e. potential conflict of interest due to lack of arm's length party relationship). I'm documenting these facts here, because I want transparency and raise this issue with other members of our Crosslease.
